I followed the steps explained in the readme but I encountered some issues that I can't seem to resolve and that is why I asked in this ~]$ cd dotfiles]$ sudo. I've read the wiki concerning dotfiles as well as other resources but naturally diving into it would help me the most to learn it.įollowing the Arch wiki I looked into the User repositories to find rices already made containing i3-gaps and chose The next logical step for me would be to rice it. In addition I find the gaps of i3-gaps very elegant that's why I settled on it and installed it. I've already investigated window managers and I find tiling window managers to suit me the most. Once you found one that agrees with you, investigate how you can customize them to look better. Maybe focus on the functionality you want and worry about "nice looking" later ?Ĭheck and consider which of those will suit your workflow best.
